Competition management
Automatic calendars, standings, registrations, transfers, club and academy licensing.
01 · The operating system of the sports industry
A multifunctional system for managing competitions of any level. It digitizes competition regulations, provides electronic registration of all objects and subjects of the sports industry, and organizes competitions at every level in an automated mode.
SportBoxDigital®
SportBoxDigital® (SBD) is a key component of the sports ecosystem. The base platform is customized to the specifics of a particular sport and federation: regulations, entities, protocols, and statistics are tuned to the domain, while the core remains unified.
Automatic calendars, standings, registrations, transfers, club and academy licensing.
Players, coaches, clubs, fans, agents, matches, tournaments, and sports infrastructure — in a single digital data bank.
Goals, cards, substitutions, and other match events are recorded in real time and instantly update every table and statistic.
Platform editions
SportBoxDigital adapts to the regulations and processes of a specific federation. Below are the platform's current configurations.
A universal core for the sports industry: registration of subjects and objects, competition regulations, protocols, roles, integrations, and analytics. The foundation for any federation.
Football Management System — the customization for the Ukrainian Association of Football: championships and cups, the player passport, FIFA Connect, solidarity payments, suspensions, live match protocols.
A customization for the Basketball Federation of Ukraine: the platform is tuned to the specifics of basketball — its own regulations, statistics, protocols, and tournament logic.
Further on this page, functionality is shown through the example of the UAF FMS football configuration — based on the full video demonstration of the system (38 min 19 s) in a test environment.
02 · Customization in action
The same SportBoxDigital core — different sports logic: basketball leagues and categories, team rosters, player profiles, duplicate control, and payments. Real shots from the FBU production environment.

Financial loop
The platform itself creates any required payments under the competition rules — the club simply selects the items and pays online. Every payment is linked to a registration, a player, or a decision.
Pay online: Visa · Mastercard · Apple Pay · Google Pay — payment history is stored in the system

The information architecture mirrors the main menu of the football configuration. Switch between sections to explore their purpose and key capabilities, with illustrative interface screenshots where available.
Creating a tournament means filling in its electronic regulations. The system remembers the competition rules and enforces them automatically from then on.
A season in the system
The journey of a tournament from creation to automatic standings — five steps.
Electronic regulations: type, season, league, participants, points, suspensions, periods, promotion/relegation.
Teams with stadiums and fines, then player registrations with contracts and registration sheets in PDF.
The system builds rounds and matchdays by the chosen scheme. Appoint referees — they will be notified in the app.
Line-up building, real-time live events, technical protocol. The official protocol — as a single PDF.
Standings, scorers, suspensions, and statistics update automatically — in the FMS, on the website, in the app, in the API.
04 · Capabilities
From participant registration to nationwide scaling — every block of the platform is detailed below. Click to learn more.
Boundless growth
SportBoxDigital's component architecture allows adding new modules in any number without rebuilding the system. The platform grows together with the federation's needs — coming soon on the roadmap:
Document submission, criteria checks, committee decisions, and licence statuses — fully electronic.
Courses and programs for coaches, referees, and managers: training, certification, qualification tracking.
A complete digital loop for in-country transfers: requests, confirmations, compensations, and document flow.
Match day
The match is over — and the system has already updated the standings, player statistics, referee ratings, and management reports. No paper, no duplicates, no manual entry.
05 · Analytics
The platform's single data bank makes it possible to build countless dashboards: registrations, competition activity, participant structure, finances, disciplinary indicators — for any period and in any dimension. Below are interactive samples: hover over the elements and switch configurations.

07 · Platform passport
SportBoxDigital is built on a proven enterprise stack: a stable backend, reliable data storage, and a fast adaptive frontend.
Server logic on Java 11 LTS with a REST architecture — stability and long-term support.
Structured data in PostgreSQL, files on the server with backups in Amazon S3, daily backups.
A single-page application with an adaptive interface for all modern browsers and devices.
An open API for web, desktop, and mobile applications — the platform scales together with the federation.
08 · Demonstration

The chapters below are synchronized with the video: click a chapter to expand its description and jump to the start of that fragment. English subtitles are enabled by default. You can turn them off using the button below the video; Ukrainian and Spanish are available in the player settings.
Signing in as a super administrator, interface themes and languages. The home page immediately shows a working slice: incomplete protocols, live matches, and quick access to the profile.
Managing users, roles, and privileges; full auditing in the event logs. Directories of leagues, regions, seasons, age groups, and tournament types. Table customization with Excel-like UX and a vertical access architecture.
The regulations define suspension rules, periods, points and standings sorting, promotion/relegation between leagues, substitution and foreign-player limits, and protocol requirements. The system remembers the regulations and enforces them automatically.
Tournament participants and team registration, fines with point deductions. Player registrations with FIFA IDs, contracts, and PDF export. Automatic calendar generation — rounds and matchdays ready at once; referee appointments with mobile-app notifications.
Setting up live coverage (LiveMatch, live operator). Building line-ups — starters, bench, captain; kick-off, half-time, added time, penalties; real-time events to the website, mobile app, and API. A protocol with completeness control and an official PDF; standings and statistics update automatically.
The complete club structure through the example of Dynamo Kyiv: teams of all levels, personnel, documents, tournament participation history. Separately — national teams and their competitions.
A database with internal IDs and FIFA IDs, licences, search. A personal profile with automatic statistics from protocols and "on-field" team statistics. The player passport — club history for calculating solidarity payments under FIFA rules. Blocking by committee decision and active suspensions with automatic calculation of missed matches.
Referee profiles and licences, competition registrations, officiating roles. Club medical staff. Coaches: licences, categories, orders, diplomas. Agents with licences and contracts. Stadiums with a full profile, gallery, and match statistics.
The event log — an audit of all actions in the system down to the second. A quick competition filter on the home page. Mobile ID for verifying persons via the mobile app. The club account: clubs manage documents and register players themselves, the administrator verifies; transfers go through a full cycle up to synchronization with FIFA.
